Information we collect

Depending on the inspection, we may receive your name, mobile number, policy or claim reference, vehicle details, VIN, odometer reading, photos you submit, and technical details needed to operate the inspection link. If you grant location permission, the inspection page collects location and accuracy information to associate with the inspection photos.

How we use information

We use information to arrange and document the requested vehicle inspection, provide the photo submission link, review submitted information, support customers, and maintain the security of the service. We send an inspection text only after obtaining your verbal consent.

Who receives information

Inspection information may be shared with the insurer or organization that requested the inspection and with service providers that support secure hosting, storage, and text message delivery. Ojala98 does not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messages

With your verbal consent, we send one non-promotional text message per requested inspection with a secure, time-limited link. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from contacting us by email.

Retention and security

We retain inspection records for the period needed to complete the requested inspection and meet the retention requirements of the organization that requested it. We use access controls and private storage designed to protect submitted information.

Your choices and contact

You may decline location permission; the online inspection may then be unable to accept photo submissions. To ask about your information, withdraw SMS consent, or request that we stop future text messages, contact [email protected].
